This is the worst service of any contractor I have ever used in NaplesThey told me they would be out to my home on Friday (before a day weekend) and never showed up or called me to say they were not comingThen I called on the following Tuesday and was told they would be out to my home between 11am and NoonOnce again, they never showed up nor did they ever callI called again on Wednesday late afternoon when no one showed up all day and spoke to the owner RandyIn all my life I have never spoken to a more arrogant and obnoxious person than RandyHe was angry with me because I was kept calling trying to figure out when they would do the job as they had promisedHe then told me he had called me on Tuesday which was a lie because I never received a messageHe then very nastily told me he had sent back all of the parts that he had ordered for the job (probably another lie), and that he was cancelling his commitment to do the work as promisedThis to a customer that was referred to him by a friendI told him I had done nothing but try and figure out when the job was getting done and he agreed, yet he just grew angrier and nastier until I finally hung upSTAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CANZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ARROGANT, ABUSIVE AND TO BE HONEST RANDY ONLY GIVES A [redacted] ABOUT RANDY, NOT HIS CLIENTS...AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
