We would like to thank Ms [redacted] for bringing her concerns to our attention Her complaint states she contacted our office and was given the "run around" Neither Aqua Finance, Incnor Bay Finance Company, LLC have received any calls from Ms [redacted] regarding the dissatisfaction with her purchase She may have contacted Greater Air of Michigan, which is the company she purchased the air filters from Aqua Finance, Incis a separate company that did the financing for her loan On December 6, a representative from Greater Air of Michigan completed a sale of SFS Air Cleaners Ms [redacted] signed a contract for this purchase on the same day - December 6, Her contract states that she had until December 10, to cancel her transaction She signed the Notice of Cancellation on December 6, 2015; acknowledging that she had received a copy of this notice I am including all paperwork signed by Ms [redacted] for her convenience On December 11, a representative from Aqua Finance, Inccontacted Ms [redacted] to verify the terms of her loan This is a standard procedure to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase and to ensure any issues have been worked out prior to processing their loan These calls are recorded and our customers are advised of that On that call, Ms [redacted] did verify the terms of her loan and stated she had "not received the filters yet", but that was because of her busy schedule and of no fault of Greater Air of Michigan We offered to call her back after the filters had been delivered and she declined saying everything was ok to proceed A copy of this recorded verification can be provided upon request Her loan was then sold to Bay Finance Company, LLC - a sister company of Aqua Finance, IncUpon review of Ms***'s complaint, we believe her dissatisfaction lies with the actual sale of the goods, not with the financing of the product Unfortunately Ms [redacted] is outside of her day right to cancel and payments will be due June 15, based on the promotion offered to her If Ms [redacted] has any questions regarding the financing, I welcome her to contact me directly at 1-800-234-ext Thank you [redacted] AVP - Compliance & Recovery [redacted]

Today, July 11, a Conference call was conducted with *** *** - owner of AquaFeel Solutions and Dee who works in the office We spoke at length with Mrs*** who is understandably frustrated with the situation and the missed appointments from the technicians AquaFeel is now offering to replace the water treatment system at no cost and make months worth of payments for her troubles Mrs*** refused this and stated she is going to go forward with a lawsuit We feel we have exhausted all options to assist her and ultimately there is nothing more we can do for her Thank you. *** ***

My loan was for 6200 in 12/2010 and here we are 5years later.   When I stopped receiving monthly statements I felt I had to be getting close to paying this debt of but from 12/2013-12/2015 I have paid 3,527 and on 12/2013 4934.85.  There is also a five month period where my balance did not change even with payments from 7/2013-11/2014 and also 1/2012- 3/2012 (which had two payments in that month).  6200 at 17.9% comes to 7309.80 and with late fees I can see the possibility of the amount being 8,000.  But I have a remaining balance of 2,803 but that's just shady.

I did not mean that there was a lien on my home now, but I meant that I was unaware of the loan being a "secure loan" which means if we default in the payments, aqua finance will put a lien on my home. This information was never disclosed to me or my husband. The attached forms are not the forms I was given copies of. Page 2 I DO NOT HAVE. The salesman took a photo of the deed to my home so that aqua finance may put a lien on my home if I default. Aquafeel solutions did offer me that but that does not fix the false advertising from the salesman, the lies I was told to sell me the system, and the fact that the loan being secure was not disclosed or explained. Aqua finance is well aware of how much trouble I went through trying to get a technician to my home to fix the issues when it was not working and the last thing I hear from Mrs [redacted] was that aqua finance was waiting on the service orders from aquafeel solutions so that they may review my troubles and upper management would review the case and contact me but this response states nothing about that either.

I would like to let everyone know that this buisness is not military friendly. They will not accept miltary to pay through MPAY or DFAS. I asked to speak to a supervisor o help set this up and she admitted to saying there buisness is not MILITARY FRIENDLY.

Review: Our Water Sotner System was installed on 01/28/2014 by Fiesta Soft Water Filtration. We financed it through a third party, Connexus. We were told they would bill us in 40 days. We received a bill within two weeks. I went to my credi union and tranferred it to my account. They mailed a check to them and they posted the payment on 03/03/2014. $3850.00, the amount of the sale and the amount of the check. They added a finace charge on the first bill of $15.16. We have received another bill with another finance charge of $49.40 making the balance $64.58. I called to ask them to please adjust the finance charges being that we paid it with 33 days. She was very rude and said I had to pay the balance. I told her I would pay the $15.16 but not the $49.40. She said "you can pay what you want but you will get another bill next month and every month until it's paid. Istopped arguing with her and hung up. I am mailing a money order today for $15.16Desired Settlement: I want them to credit the $49.40 and show a $0.0 balance

Review: I purchased a Hague water softening unit in 2010 and according to the company her it is 5 years later and they say I still owe $2,678.54 and that I have already paid $8,026 on a $6,200 loan. I was starting to get curios of why it is not paid off or what my balance, is any was. When I called the company the automatic operator says my last payment was 11/23/2015 for $140 and my total due was -$280 and next payment due is April of 2016. I have an automatic withdrawal for $140 a month. Since it dint sound right so I called the company and the operator/teller I spoke to told me the same thing as the automatic teller did. I asked him how is it possible that I have a negative amount due and my next payment was six months away and he said because I had paid ahead.Desired Settlement: Something is not right about this because they say in the end I will have paid $12,494.26 on a $6200 dollar loan. There is something really shady and I just need some light on this situation.
