Business forged and altered paperwork after "sale" - gave all wrong documents - never fixed problems

Review: I put a deposit on a powered water craft on January *, 2014. I am no longer interested in the product, and requested to get my deposit back. The Bay Harbor did say that the refund will be honored, but It already has been three weeks since the request has been processed. They continually delay the process in the getting my refund.Desired Settlement: The business should stop giving different excuses and stories of when I will get the check and be honest in their wording.
