Tell us why here...The last time we had a technician at there home to do the work they were so abusive to him that he left never to return. I understand they want to return the spa and get refunded. We are willing to refund there spa provided they have not filled it with water. ...
We may not be able to refund them for the optional items that they have that have never been installed on there new spa. Other than they haven't gotten there optional equipment installed on there spa I really don't know why they don't want there spa. The spa would and could work perfectly fine without the optional equipment.
