Review: In March of 2017 I purchased new Ford 2015 Focus and traded in a 2010 Nissan Sentra. The dealership was in charge of paying off my old car however, a month later my old car was never paid off. I later learned that my old car was sold 2 wks after I traded it in, but never paid it off. During the month of April they finally sent the pay off check however, it was not for the complete amount leaving a balance. On several occasions I have attempted to reach the [redacted] of the dealership and any supervisor in charge in the accounting department but I have not received a response. The sale person that sold me the car was informed that the issue was resolved however, each time I contact the bank they have not received any payment.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that this be filed with Revdex.com and for the dealership to finally send the final payment to the bank.

this is a clerical mistake that will be resolved as soon as I make sure the check for the balance has not been cashed by the clients bank and credited to another account.this often occurs when sending in payoff amounts on behalf of account holders.
