Review: On April [redacted] of 2015, I received a legal letter from bay ridge fiat [redacted] office([redacted]) which indicate that is a final letter. This letter is a DMV registration fee for the amount of 49 dollars as the letter states, owned by me to be paid to bay ridge fiat. This 49 dollars is the difference between amount collected and the registration fee as the legal letter states.

I am taking this letter seriously for many reason and I want a clarify from the dealership regarding this letter:

1) I need a proof of the previous letters that were claimed to be sent out to me that's include actual copies , with a proof of date of typing, storing the letters in the computer file with the date, proof of sending these letters by mail with the date that's because I never received any letter regarding this matter before.

2) clarify the amount it was claimed.

3) the amount of DMV registration fee was settled with fiat [redacted] as I have on my record the whole conversation that went between us( NY STATE LAW PROVIDE THE CONSUMER TO KEEP RECORD OF ANY KIND TO PROTECT THE CONSUMER RIGHT)

I( [redacted]) like to get my concerns to be answered ASAP with a legal certified letter to be sent to my home address.

Review: My problem with Bay Ridge Fiat is that I put $500 to secure a car they had advertised. Everything went smooth, I drove it in his facilities and I was happy with the car. We started to carry out paperwork but after 1 whole week without news they told me that the car was not available anymore because it has a transmission failure. I went back to his premises to try to see if I can find another car with similar features but they wanted to sell me a lower range car with more mileages and $2,000 more expensive. At this point I told them to give me back my money and they told me to do so but never received the money back. They have the data of my debit car and they always pick up the phone telling me they would give me back the money, it takes one week, [redacted]..Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, and I would like this to be advertised so everybody know is not a 5 stars company. I tried to put a negative review in cars.com but looks like they filtered because I never saw it. Currently they have 9 very good reviews and this is the main reason I went there because it looked like a trustful company.
