To Whom It May Concern;This message is a response to customer complaint #***. We at Bay Ridge Hyundai have already spoken to *** *** in regards to the error with the banking/loan paperworkWe are in the process of fixing this issue.The customer came in and purchased a vehicle
Upon financing he also purchased a warrantyHe then came in a few days later and cancelled the warrantyWe did as he requested and set up new contracts with out the warrantyIn the time between his original purchase and the 2nd visit when he cancelled we had already sent the original contract to the bankThere was an error during the switch and the bank did not receive the new contract. We offered *** *** a reimbursement check the day he came to let us know about this errorHe said he did not want to get a check but wanted to revert his loan to the original contract. We are already in contact with the bank and reverting the contract back to the original agreement as requested by the client
