Bay Ridge Locksmith

Review: I had called the company because I locked myself out of my apartment. Their website said 15 minute response time. It took them nearly an hour to get to my apartment. Upon arrival he looked at the door and said the door is going to have to be drilled out. He said he could save me $60 if I paid cash because he would not be charged taxes. When I originally called they said around $45. He charged me $85 to take a drill to the door and then another $115 to install a new lock. This place is a complete rip off. My wife had called to dispute the charges along with the lack of issuing a receipt and the customer service representative said that he did not want to talk to her and was going to hang up on her. When I called for a receipt he said he was going to have to charge more for the taxes. He also said it would take him 6 hours to bring a receipt to me. I would never recommend this company.
