customer never advised of any damage prior to picking up the car.we will fix and credit the expense with a service credit for a good will gesture

registration shortage was wavied and registration was mailed and refund was processed.the refund occurred because the customer changed his contract amount at the last minute.I believe there were multiple credit cards used as well.we expressed an apology as well us why here

first time I am hearing of this.I will reach out to custif prepaid will have lojack installed at home or at br nissan.if this can be reversed I will offer refund.will contact cust

we have cancelled everything requested and are waiting for the refunds
