Completely incompetentTried to value my house $ [redacted] less than all the houses in the neighborhood have sold for in the last year and are currently listed forThey are all the same style house and similar sizeActually priced ours at the same as a smaller house nearby that still had all original everything (original owner had not changed anything since he bought it new) when we have a new kitchen and new baths along with a pool, new roof, electrical, hvac, new paint inside and out, irrigation system, refinished hardwoods, new windows, etcStay far far far away from these isUnfortunately Virginia Credit Union uses them, they must not review their contractors very well!
