*** Just a update, my parents have received four letters from difference loans company's explaining why they were turn down for the loanThis will show how bad the deal was because loan company's would not touch this deal. *** ** ***

In response to this complaint. *** *** *** *** returned to the dealership in regards to the trailer capacity of the unit that they purchased. I (*** ***, GM) did appologized for the misinformation provided of the towing capacity. However, *** *** never gave a definite
weight of the trailer being towed. Since he was given the wrong information in an effort to make the deal right, I (*** ***, GM) sat wit ** *** *** *** to discuss to options. These options were that I was willing to sell them a Crew Cab diesel 4xthat MSRP was 53435, or a Laramie 4xCrew Cab that had MSRP of 52935. The truck that they purchased had an MSRP of 52035. So in order to make right by the car deal they would have their choice in the trucks at a higher MSRP for the same purchase price they paid for the on purchased. At the point of telling them I had choices for them ** *** proceeded to state that he did not want to deal with me (*** ***, GM) and wanted to know the next step. I told them that if they don't want to deal with me then the next step was that they keep the truck that they purchased instead of getting the one they thought they needed *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: this is not about higher MSRP's. No, I didn't discuss how much my trailer weighed with the general manager because he wasn't my sales rep. I discussed all of my needs and wants with my sales rep ([redacted]). I started and end my needs saying I was looking for a vehicle that had a towing capacity of 10,000lbs or more. Since, [redacted] was a new salesperson she obtained all of her information from her general manager ([redacted])!Even after the mix-up I came into the dealership 2days later optimistic about settling this matter. But after arriving to dealership and made to wait over 2.5 hours to talk to [redacted] when he was actually sitting in his office, I refused to do business with a man who treated me and my wife so poorly and with no regard when he was the reason for the  mishap! Also, it is my belief that he wasn't being truthful in his response to selling my trade-in vehicle. my trade-in vehicle still had retail value and there's no way he would've sold the vehicle to a wholesaler. and he didn't have time to sell it between the time we finished the deal and when I called in my complaint.Regards,
