In the customers last statement he says that he was not notified he had to sign for anything, yet he goes on to say it was absurd that we offered the option to release the signature release on the item and be left at his door step If the customer initially did not expect to sign for anything, he expected it to be put on his doorstep Plain and simple we ship to the initial address given for an order, we offer free shipping on our end for the customer and include it into the items price The customer gave us an address to ship to but we cannot cover the service charge that the shipping company imposes for his mistake

Customer, [redacted] placed an order with us on July [redacted], 2014 with a credit card over the phone. He provided us with a credit card billing address and shipping address to which he designated himself. The item was shipped with a freight company due to it being categorized as over sized on July [redacted], 2014. The freight arrived at the shipping company's terminal on August [redacted], 2014. Customer contacted us on August [redacted], 2014 and notified us that he would not be able to accept the delivery at the address provided and wanted us to reroute the item to a different address, which the freight company charges a fee of $40.00 for a reroute fee. The customer was notified of this and refused to pay any sort of charges, claiming he was not responsible for any extra fee's to change the address on the shipment. We notified him that if he wished, he could pick up the shipment from the freight's sorting facility where we could have it held for him but he r efused claiming, again, was not his responsibility. We also offered him a partial refund that would cover our costs to ship to him initially and the return shipment but refused that as well. Tried to work as much with the customer and give him top customer service, customer was unreasonable in his requests and did not want to take responsibility for anything. Absurd to have a chargeback for this, impossible to communicate or talk to from his constant yelling and screaming over the phone.

Their statement is false. I am completely able and willing to have them ship the item to my address. They just can't accomidate the time schedule available. The shipping information and schedule were never provided before hand not to mention the return fees nor the new address fees. They need to ship the item as they said they would. I already compromised and gave them a new address. I shouldn't have to pay for a mistake that could have been avoided by them communicating the said information.

Review: I oredered a part for my car from them and it failed. It was under warrenty I called them and they said that it was no problem they will send me another part no charge and told me I did not have too send the old piece back. I called them a week later too see if they shipped it and they said they did .Three weeks went by and I still havnt gotten the product . I called the buisness again and they wanna charge me again for the product that I never got and said its goin too take another 2 weeks which is a big inconveince for meDesired Settlement: Too deliever the part without charge
