If ownership of this company has changed hopefully it is for the better The response you offered regards sky lights has nothing to do with the poorly executed roofing job done by this company The flashing around the sky lights I was able to get on the roof and fix myself all it required was someone finishing the job with the appropriate tar As for the rest of the roof it clearly was not done correctly as you can see areas where the roof work dips in because it was not properly supported underneath Another example of poor execution I still stand by my original issue given the poor service I want to see $back off of this for the materials and the other contractor I had to have come back to help me

I am not sure of the ownership situation at Baystate Mold. I only know what an awful experience our family has been through as a result of working with this company. The intent of said waterproofing was to reduce and/or eliminate the water issues in the basement. From day one the company was either understaffed, without correct supplies, or lacking the supervision to complete the days assignment. And when I was told to be there, they would not show up and blame me for not being home, despite not leaving the house. They were constantly going to *** *** to get supplies they did not have for that day, so timelines kept getting extended. Also, get the supervisor to come back did not happen, once he closed the sale, he was in the wind. I called many times to speak with Mr***, but either got his assistant, voicemail, or no answer. When I finally got a hold of him, we schedule for him to come out, to do a walk-through, get the battery cover and manuals. He would end up either cancelling or not showing.Over the last several storms with the pump failures, we have had water damage and require replacement of our furnace, water heater and now potentially washer and dryer, despite having them elevated. It turns out that the pump was plugged into the battery backup as the main source of power, not the wired outlet. Also, the battery backup was not plugged into a wire outlet to maintain the battery power, so it was set to fail, despite the money spent with this companyHad someone come out from the Company to perform the last steps with us (as was prescribed by the contract), all of the unnecessary loss would have been avoided as we would have been informed about the system in place, the mistakes made would have been caught. Instead, we had to set up additional pumps, spend countless hours trying to mitigate the water and then replace the mechanical systems. Based on the lack of professionalism, customer service and the fact no one ever reached out to us to rectify the failures of this project, the Revdex.com was our last place to complain and let others know who they may be dealing with if they chose this type of work on their homes. I know the response from Baystate is it is under new ownership, but when I checked the website before writing this, it still shows waterproofing as one of the available services. And relative to his claim of trying to reach out and rectify prior work, we can only speak for ourselves, that no one has reached out to us relative to our requests or complaints

This was a small repair job on a large roof. My uncle told him he needed a whole new roof, but customer could not afford, he just wanted the dormer reshingled. The dormer was re inspected and its brand new. The whole roof is bad, but they were new homeowners and low on funds

I am the new owner of the company, we do charge a mold test for 175 dollars. The problem is she is in housing authority and the city would not reimburse her
