Regarding my complaint: ID # *** - Bay State Home FurnishingsI received a response from you that Bay State agreed to refund my money after the shed was sold because it was a custom order.While it is true the shed was a custom order, on which I made a 50% deposit of $900, the entire reason that I cancelled my order was because they NEVER BUILT the shed!!! I was waiting and waiting for delivery and every time I called it was the same story: in two days, tomorrow, at the end of the week! I even went to both branches of the business to talk to the owner who took my order, but he not available I was told by an employee at each location that there was no shed My conclusion is that since there is no shed to sell, the owner will continue to hide behind this response and never refund my money Short of asking the police to raid the business, I don’t know how to prove they never built it And Bay State will refuse my refund indefinitely!Please reopen my case At the very least, it should be public record that this is a crooked business.Thank you,*** ***Regards,
