IPM has been the worst company I have ever had to work with. THERE SHADY there property managers do and sell drugs out of the properties. They don't fix anything they are supposed to fix. Very racist in my experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

They drilled holes in the asbestos filled ceiling exposing myself and puppy to asbestos powder then just left the holes thereThey don’t shovel snow, in fact, they specifically told me that living in Colorado I should have a Shovel and do it myself! Said they were going to replace filters on heater in Nov, now it’s March and it was never doneIn a sqft apptmanagement allowed a Great Pyrenees which the owners keep locked outside to bark literally 24/I wish I could give zero stars
This management and her whole family is very shady at bestShe has targeted me non stop with letters that just accuse me and no one else in my complex making me feel very uncomfortable with herI have talked with neighbors and they are surprised that she continues to harass me with letters that accuse me of multiple accusationsMaking me feel she is against Asian Americans, since I'm the only one she is targeting and accusingShe has caused friction with my neighbors with a letter she taped on my neighbors doors on accusing me of having installed cameras on June 29th Defaming me and from there on out she has not stopped accusing meI have all letters she has sent to me making me feel very uncomfortableOther neighbors feel very uneasy with her, and how she is treating meI talk on the behalf of my mother due to her accent, she wrote my mother saying she cant understand her and telling me to stop communicating on the behalf of my motherMy mother is not from here and it is hard for her to communicate without meAlienating my mother from communicating on the phoneAnother incident was her bullying my mother on water damages on August 2016, and September 2016, on water damages in the garage, her letters accusing me of water damages and to fix it immediatelyAccusing me again and no one elseOctober she writes a letter saying a plumber is going to see the damages to see who it is coming fromon October the plumber lets her know its coming from two other units and not meStressing my mother and me on how to pay for the water damage, accusing only me again without even knowing who it was coming fromI live in a complex with three other neighbors but she doesn't target anyone but me, and has continued to do soIm keeping all papers from her and continuing to communicate with all surrounding neighbors so I know she is only targeting me due to no one else receiving accusations but meI feel like she is racist because I don't understand why she continues to only target me when I live in a townhouse with a shared garage

Debbi is a CPM, certified property manager, with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and it definitely showsAll of my tenants seemed happy with her managementShe has very thorough monthly reports and the accounting is also excellentIPM is a well run and honest business
To all who may be trying to find a place to live IPM Colorado properties are not for you We currently live at Elmwood Manor in Lakewood Colorado and are very dissatisfied with living there They may seem nice and caring about their tenants, but so far it's an act To start with they will price gouge, you have a bedroom apartment and you have cars you have to pay an extra monthly fee to park your second car in the parking lot or you park along the street where theft and vandalism can happen since we're close to ColfaxIf you decide not to pay the extra fee and park in the lot they outsource the parking supervision to Tow Pros who are very nasty in demeanor and unprofessional in their dealings You as the customer has to pay for an extra door fauv to get into an apartment you are renting from them I'm not really going to get into the paying for animals since that's fairly standard at any place you live other than it's an outrageous cost and a monthly fee It does make me wonder if they are going to start charging for children and so forth Next major set of issues is the lack luster maintenance and how long it takes for things to get repaired Have an air conditioner, but it doesn't work well The apartment has gotten to degrees with the A/C on with all ceiling fans on plus other fans going This also includes shutting doors to other rooms, closing all blinds and curtains; as well as, not using your stove to cook on This request happened over a month ago and problem still persists Yes we have to eat out since we can't cook and leave our apartment sometimes since the heat is unbearable sometimes There is a community garden and sprinklers finally got fixed months after asking and complaining about them for plus months Curtain rod has fallen on us a couple times for moving the curtains to block out the heat from the sliding door We put in a request for that and the problem still persist after a month just like the A/C The company also does not give tenants notice of when they come into your apartment to fix something which is on the lease agreement that they have to give notice There is still a wasp problem even though they have had a company come out and fix it twice to my knowledge IPM is in the process of having the building painted and they had put notice of this happening which is good; however, it's been almost a month and the first building is not finished yet To top that this letter states it would be done in days and that's a far stretch from the current timeline All these problems are consistent with all other tenants I have spoken with as well The few good sides is the other people who live here are fairly cordial and nice and the apartments somewhat updatedYou can have all of this for $a month which is the market rate for the area To restate I strongly do not recommend them and their properties to anybody
