The complaint was addressed several weeks ago directly to the complainant by our Vice PresidentFees and policies are under the discretion of shareholders and board members of this corporationCurrently, there are no extra discounts for long term members, regardless of age, and at the time of
purchase of stock it is made clear to shareholders that there is no cash value for stocks purchased (as the club is still operating; following NYS law.) In short, the complainant has issues with policies that were clearly outlined at the time of purchase, and at the corporations unwillingness to create new rules and discounts for her familyAs to the poor business ethic, we do not believe upholding our known bylaws to be considered unreasonable, and it is unnecessary to answer the same complaint several times after giving a firm answerWe hope this resolves the issue, and look forward to continuing to conducting an enjoyable, family-friendly business for many years to come
