So we got home late on Sunday from Michigan for my son's wedding and the A/C was working fine [redacted] got up at am and the temp was degrees too highI checked it out on Monday and the compressor was not running at allCalled Hiller in Nashville and the soonest they could have a tech here was Wedbetween 4pm and 6pmAt the encouragement of my friend, [redacted] , I called the Lee CompanyThey could have someone here on Tuesday and would give me a 30-minute heads upThe techs called, showed up, had it fixed within minutesBoth very professional, wore shoe covers or socks inside, explained everything fullyIt's outside and already down to inside! Awesome experience! So, if you're anywhere in Lee's coverage area, I strongly encourage that you give them a call

I had an amazing experience with Lee company! The elelectrician who came to my house was named [redacted] He was incredibly thorough! He spent hours at my house and was incredibly knowledgeableHe took the time to explain the problems in my home and had a fantastic personalityHe was even good with my childrenLee company fixed my electrical issues and made my home safe for my familyThanks guys!

I scheduled an appointment with Lee Co for annual maintenance on my HVAC system They set up a hour window I was at my house from 9:to 12:They never showed up for the appointment

I called lee company for an estimate on getting a new tankless water heater Their Salesman came and took a quick second look and says it will cost $4, He asks if I have gas and I told him "no, but I have heard they only run on gas" He explains about where they might would have to put the propane tank and sends me an estimate and schedules a day for them to get started He also tells me that I will be getting a call that day from the propane dealer I never got the call Needless to say, I finally had to get on the horn and call the propane company myself days later only to find out that I was going to have to come up with another $and it would be a week before they could get the tank set up I was very upset because now I have to go without hot water for a week For one, Lee company should have scheduled the propane and the service on the same day to prevent people from having to go without water and two, they should also notify people that they are going to incur additional charges with the propane company
I will say they did a great job installing everything but their salesmen need to do a better job I feel like he was in too big of a hurry to make a sale instead of making sure he was doing his job right
I also had them install a new toilet The very next morning I had realized that they took the toilet seat with the old toilet so I had called them and they said they still had the toilet and they would send the toilet seat with the home services salesman that was coming to my house the very next day Well the salesman showed up but he didn't have my toilet seat and it is now days later and they still haven't sent me the estimate from the home services salesman I am just very disappointed with this company

I have two units on my house and both seemed to go out at the same timeI checked on several companies through different searches and selected a few as good choicesAfter calling a few other companies and some taking a day or more to respond, Lee Company returned my call within minutesDue to a fairly high volume of work, they had to schedule me a few days out, but I expected that
The technician that came out checked out the issues and determined that one was repairable, but the year old unit should be replaced, which was also expectedThe tech also suggested an additional piece of equipment that could take the load off the capacitor to help protect it and extend it's lifeAs the HVAC had already had one capacitor replaced, this seemed like a very reasonable thought and he was able to get the repair done quickly and efficientlyHe also put me in contact with the sales rep and we scheduled a meeting to discuss replacing the older unit
Jeremy was very friendly and was able to set me up with a crew to come replace the unit the very next dayThat crew put in a lot of work due to as they got into the job, some parts of it turned out more involved than expectedBut they were able to get it all done and it works great! They kept me informed throughout the process and noted that they weren't able to get the heating unit installed at that time, which was fine as it was all during the middle of the summerThey did come back within a few days and installed the heating unit, a very simple process that they didn't even need me there for
They are also working with TVA to determine what rebates the project is entitled to through the Energy Right and eScore programsI did point them in that direction, but after that, they handled everything elseAll the Lee Company people I dealt with were very friendly, professional, and customer orientedI am glad I got a maintenance plan with them and hope to be a customer of theirs for a long time

I checked it out on Monday and the compressor was not running at all. Called Hiller in Nashville and the soonest they could have a tech here was Wed. between 4pm and 6pm. At the encouragement of my friend, [redacted], I called the Lee Company. They could have someone here on Tuesday and would give me a 30-45 minute heads up. The 2 techs called, showed up, had it fixed within 20 minutes. Both very professional, wore shoe covers or socks inside, explained everything fully. It's 90 outside and already down to 78 inside! Awesome experience! So, if you're anywhere in Lee's coverage area, I strongly encourage that you give them a call....

Our AC stopped working on Saturday afternoon. We called Mid morning Sunday and they came to our rescue yesterday afternoon. The representative was polite, professional and quickly had our AC going again! Thank you!
