our company is unaware of any damage to fence at time service was providedPremises inspected after work complete and no damage documentedClient was quoted a job to have trees removed and (same) stumps ground, in addition to brush hogging areaAfter brush hogging 5'tall grass and weeds in same

Thank you for submitting the requested documentation regarding the fence damageWe had concerns with the time lapse that ensued, and other contractors performing services for *** *** and who was actually responsible for this damage, simply as we were not notified until the initial filing of the complaint to the Revdex.com (almost a month after services were performed)I have mailed a check to *** *** in the amount of $for the ESTIMATE as proposed by Precision Fence to repair said fence damageWe have not been able to have an opportunity to address any stump issue, nor have I received anything from *** *** regarding additional services to correct a "problem" with how stumps were groundPlease have *** *** provide this information to us so we may address any issues

I am rejecting this response because:Their response is not 100% true.The quote was stated $to have [4] trees removed and $to have the fresh stumps grounded below the earth(see the quote attached)Only two of the fresh stumps were grounded to 6" below earth, which was done properly; however, the other two fresh stumps are still above groundWhy are these [4] tree stumps grounded differentlyTwo are grounded correctly below ground while the other [2] fresh stumps are still above ground, which is a violation of our agreement.Regarding one of the old stumps during the estimate, Bill stated, "I will remove and clear everything including any old stumps for $in that area." Just because he under-estimated is not our problemThe fact that they are not fulfilling their promise is completely unprofessional.Regarding to the damaged fence and [3] un-grounded stumps (fresh stumps & old stump) was reported to Bill on the phone on the same day when the work was doneAbout 5:PM on the same day, I received a phone call from his secretaryShe stated that they will send someone back to take care the missing old stump and plus two fresh stump between their jobs.However, they never came back and never call me for a scheduleI have physically showed up to their business front store 3-times, and they kept saying that their machine broken down and they'll take care the issue within a few daysHowever, they never come and they kept ignoring my phone calls.Since this is a huge operation with [4] big trees removal, I took some pictures of the fence both before and after their operation in case something like this situation would happenI also got all voice recording on my phone system regarding our conversation about the issues after they left that day, so they definitely know that all these problems existed from day 1.Regards,
