I almost choked off a piece of wood chip found in my cereal. Took it back to the store I brought it from and reported to the manager he called the company and explain my concerns to them. After speaking with the company or consumer affairs administrator,I was told they would be sending a special investigation package to my home and they did. They four instructions to follow (1)remove label containing nutritional info and UPC bar code.(2)insert the label showing lot code and best buy date into the prepaid postage envelope they provided."I did".(3) insert material I reported into plastic bag they provided,and put plastic bag in prepaid envelope."I did".(4) mail ASAP. I follow all instructions,only to hear after waiting almost month&a half to be told it's not their fault but the blame a side company they use to help make their food products.

Review: On 12/08/2014, I called to express my concern and dissatisfaction with Bay Valley Foods product Grove square 18ct Hazelnut Cappuccino Single Service Drink Mix. It is very disappointing to purchase a product and find that it does not have in the product the amount the package says it has on the box.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because each 18ct continued to have a different amount in the containers. This is not a high quality product. I am disappointed because this is not a high quality product. As an insult I was sent a $ 0.50 check as a claim for reimbursement, which I have returned to the company.

To resolve this problem, I would appreciate Bay Valley Foods to reimbursement in the amount of $7.99 + sales tax.

The customer service representative Crystal M. did not resolve the issue, so I no longer want to communicate with her especially since she is not interested in resolving the issue.

Especially, since she lied to my wife. She is not interested in having a satisfied customer, she is more interested in proving herself to be right.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome refund for the amount of $7.99 + sales tax.

Also, for the customer service to be more concerned about the customer(s).
