I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.comI have performed and audit of your account and reviewed the benefit explanations provided by your dental insurance carrier in response to the cl ai ms submittedAdjustments have been made to remove the balanceI have also instructed my insurance department and the Parma Aspen Dental office to re-file the claim for the Bridge that you received on March 29, No payment was received for that claim, which is what caused the majority of the balance that was being billed to youIt seems your insurance company requested additional informationIf your dental insurance remits payment and it is more than the amount credited to remove the balance, you will receive a refund for that overageIf for whatever reason they do not pay, you will "not" be re-billedThis process may take days or more to finalize
