Baya movers were contracted under the [redacted]), however they were very unprofessional to say the least. They smoked weed on the job, they didn't deliver the initial pickup until the next day and items were missing. Then, the 2nd delivery, items were broken and damaged. Though, some of the workers were pleasant in demeanor I shall not recommend this agency, unless you have numerous of individuals present with you to keep watch of your items. In comparison, to the storage company named [redacted], they are a bunch of theives just as predicted. I write this with sincere disappointed in the minority community as being one of. Unfortunelty, your choices are limited when working with [redacted], therefore, subjecting individuals to theft of your items and family air looms for their or other personal gains. So sad.

Review: My name is [redacted] and I was moving my things from a storage in [redacted]. My mirror was left on the Baya's track.

When I arrived at the destination my things were already unloaded and some of them in the trolley/bin. but I have two witnesses ( building manager and super) saying that they witness the unloading and the mirror never made it.

I call maybe 40 min to an hour after the movers left but was told that there is nothing left in the track. I was caling periodically and send emails. Last time I contacted them I was told to send my claim to a different email address, [redacted], which I did, and I haven't gotten any response since.Desired Settlement: I want my mirror back. If they've broken it I want a refund.
