These people are only getting a star because I am required to put ATLEAST star We had furniture picked up from Brooklyn NY back in augustSpecific instruction was given NOT to take anything other than what was in my basementBefore I knew it I came outside and my ENTIRE patio set was gone!!!! I need not mention that SPECIFIC instruction not to take anything outside of what was in the basementI received my patio furniture today 12/ [redacted] !!!!! MONTHS LATER Customer service is horrendous for the lack of a better term I was told that if I wanted my furniture I would have to come to the Bronx to get them!!! I could not believe what I was hearing!!! It got so bad to where I had no other recourse than to contact the Brooklyn Borough Presidents office DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, 1st off there receptionist needs customer service classes they answer their phones and speak to you like we're friends, They received my payment for a long distance move and I had to call them continuously for information on my move, the Owner Frank is nasty and told me whatever I wanted to hear.....my things were to be moved 9/*/16 and it's 9/**/16 and I haven't received my delivery yet
