This company will take on client after client even though they don't have the field staff to care for these clientsIt's all about the almighty dollar with BayadaI've spoken to MANY other reputable home health care agencies about Bayada and they have a horrible reputation within this industryTheir communication is horrendousThey don't speak to one another within their officesThe left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doingThey don't communicate with their field staff, properly informing them on clients medical & emotional situations, in fact lying to their field staff to get them to take on the caseThey don't communicate with the clients themselves, they are left in the dark not knowing who is going to care for them or whenIf the clients happen to have behaviors, the field staff are not properly informed and then agree to take the case, go out on the case, find out that there are severe behaviors and wind up quitting the caseBayada office staff then lies to the client as to why the aides quit themMost clients on the pediatric side of Bayada sit in waiting for weeks & months on end to get an aide or nurse to the point where they get tired of waiting and wind up transferring to other agencies where they can get the help they needBayada office admins speak to their field staff in a derogatory, condescending, rude manner, chastising them if they stand up for themselves & NOT allow the office staff to bully them or verbally abuse themField staff members have been wrongfully terminated for telling the office staff that they (the field staff) are not going to take that type of verbal abuse from themAlso when field staff points out to office staff their own shortfalls when it comes to lying to clients and to the field staff, they are terminatedThis is a horrendous company all the way aroundHow they treat the aides is inexusableHow they treat the clients is reprehensibleIt's neglect to take on clients based on $$ and then provide them with servicesTheir one & only goal is to take on as many clients as they possibly can so they can stay in the lead (numbers wise) in the home health care industryIt's appalling
