I have lived at [redacted] for 3 years and seen 3 managers come and go. Sundance properties has not made any improvements from the previous owner. The parking lot has 3 foot round pot holes and they do not plow much in the winter. When it does get plowed they block cars in. Drug dealer's and user's. I walk out and see a girl in her car with a needle in her arm. Kids run around causing trouble because of that my 8year old won't go outside alone. They advertise their pool but last year it was closed and come to find out they dont have permission to open it this year. This is not a family friendly place. Bayberry is good for illegal immigrants, dealer's and user's. There are some great people that live there and it's sad they have to put up with all the garbage. I wouldn't recommend [redacted] to no one. I would recommend someone to buy the property and flatten the place.
