I was the mother of a minor child. Under the age of 18 when I lived at these apartments. I moved out because as far as I was concerned they failed to keep their contract obligations and I felt unsafe there. They charged me the last months rent which I didn’t have the money to pay. My complaint is they are charging my daughter who was a minor for this debt. It is on her credit report and they refuse to have it removed. We’ve tried disputing it with no luck. My child is not responsible for this in any way.
This has been resolved and is no longer with collections. Because this is regarding someone other than the person who issued this complaint, we are unable to provide details of the resolution due to privacy. If the person whom this is regarding would like details on this resolution, she is welcome to call us a*** and we would be happy to provide this to her.
