My A/c system was not giving out any cold air and I called Mr Terry Adams requesting his help to fix itMr Adams failed to fix the problem My a/c system at [redacted] is years old and it stopped giving out cold airI phoned Mr Terry Adams on June 23rd, and he came out with his brother Virgil A [redacted] on June 24th and he diagnosed that there was a leak in the air handler and that he could repair it for $I told him that the system was under warranty but he said he called the A/c Manufacturers i.e [redacted] who, he said, informed him that it was not covered by warranty However, when I called the Company, they confirmed that it was covered Mr Adams thereafter changed a Dryer and put some gas into the system for $ I found out later that there was a stress-related leak in a copper pipe that had nothing to do with the Dryer or the air-handlerI complained several times but Mr Adams failed to return to put things right and I wrote to him requesting the return of my
