Bay Care Home Care in Largo and Cristal River are bunch of group of people that are out for your money. They were recommend to us by tamp General Hospital for home care for my wife (wife was there with bad infection).
Nurses came to the house for weekly bloodwork and monitoring. We told them from they one what insurance we had and specially where to send blood work.
First 2 went to the right place and the rest to the wrong one. we contacted Cristal Rivers office and the Largo office,
Lie after lie and we are stuck with paying the bill, even when they admitted to the mistake and came to the house and got one of the bills and pay.
Did they no?
Called the offices, now they don't want to get on the phone with.
Bad business. they should be ashamed of what they are doing.
