Review: I came in to fix the coolant system replaced everything including engine fan it was shaking he replace gasket on top of engine it still was shaking he replace apart and it was not the right part they put in still shaking never replaced part when I came for it they messed with spark plugs and the car would not run the claim the engine was gone lying I drove the car their. It was a nightmare I also learned they where taking parts out of the car. I the man in-charge never looked at car and I never received a receipt after the first repair because they came they were working on the original problem but charging me $400 $500 every visit. They tried to keep the car stating the engine was no good I call a tow truck to pick it up he would not give back the key wanting more money. This place needs to be investigated for serious Fraud I am without a car they destroyed a good car spent $4000.00 or more for that coolant system. I don't live in a area where buses are regular its a hardship without my car also my health is not good and I need to see doctors on a regular bases I don't have any money they took it all and they tried to take by not giving me my car keys they still have it and they wanted money from the car towing people for my car. The manager had threatening behavior the mechanic was the theftDesired Settlement: I need a car they abused me and I kept paying I had not a month with out having to go back for the same thing and they never gave a receipt. I want my money for distorting my car and they need to be addressed about the fraud of taking parts and not give receipts because they claim it the same problem. yet paying or new parts and labor always $400 or more. The emotional trauma I was caused by put me in this horrible $5000.. Please Help devastated.
