Buyer BewareFraudulent company practicesAnd their vending machine's credit card processing over-charges on a per item basis and there's no required consumer information on their machines about how to address any problemsFrom first contact, their service man was extremely rude in trying to ignore me getting his attention, quickly became angry for no reason, raising his voice, throwing around his arms, insisting there was nobody to contact about it or he didn't knowAt one point he says "You ask too many questionsWho are you!!?" Despite these attempts to bait me, only when I pushed the issue did he pull out a business card (that he refused to give me) did he finally admit there was a phone number to call and someone to contactHe even went so far as to lie to me, that he didn't have a pen I could use to write down the numberIn contacting the President of the company in email, he refuses to cooperate in resolving the issueIn a flurry of emails the President floats multiple excuses to avoid addressing and resolving such a simple issue that, at this point, he still knows nothing about because he refuses to address itIncluding an obvious move toward an “English as second language” defense, and it was simple miscommunication that was my fault because I asked questionsFor background, I routinely interact with non-native speakers without a problemWith no hesitation in his easily understood replies, it was obvious the service man understood everything I'd saidIn yet another attempt to avoid resolving the issue, the President then insists that pointing out his language excuse is racist and that we must now only communicate face to faceAll of this aggression, rudeness and mind-games over a dispute of less than $Buyer BewareThese are well practiced Scam Artists
