I am sorry to see your complaint, as we wish to keep all on the street as happy with our company as possible. We always look at neighboring homes as our potential clients . We do get alot of our work this way. As you...
mentioned over the past 6 months we have been able to keep you happy by parking along different parts of the street so as not to create congestion to the cul-de-sac. and keeping a very clean and professional site...We have actually brought other clients to the job site for them to see how we keep our sites and have been complemented on such.
We have always been available to address any concerns you have had, and work with you to the best of our ability without comprising our loyalty and first priority of the client who we are working for.
To the point of the dust and dirt, the decorative rock being cut was done on a wet saw, therefore It creates virtually no dust. However across the street where your other neighbors have replaced there back yard. There has been a great deal of excavation. The road still has dirt from the work done. Therefore anytime someone drives up and down the road the dust and dirt rises. I am sorry that this got into your home.
As to the $[redacted] you are asking for. I was informed that the home owner we are working for paid you in order to keep you happy.....
I hope as the project completes we can continue to have a professional relationship.

The depiction of the congestion on the street is inaccurate. We continue to have difficulty navigating in and out of our driveway and the cars/vans/trucks are routinely park illegally.This is not only inconvenient and illegal, but risky since emergency vehicles are unable to access houses and the one hydrant on the street is continuously blocked. The residents have been very accommodating over this very extended period despite all the turmoil.
I firmly believe that there is a causal relationship between the work being performed and the house dust. The timing is not coincidental.This is not to suggest that prior activity did not also generate dust. One would only have to look at our cars over the months to verify that. I am also not surprised at any attempt to deflect responsibility.
What was perhaps more upsetting than the dust was the indignant and belligerent attitude of [redacted] Construction. I am glad to see that their/his tone has been somewhat but not completely moderated in this more formal setting.
In terms of the alleged settlement by the owner, I have not been so informed and therefore still request compensation from the perpetrator.
