Moved in just over a year ago. Have had non-stop issues with hot water, heating, air conditioning and general miscellaneous things in the condo. For example, there are cracks in the tub surrounds, the doors do not hang properly (the door to the suite has a gap so big, the deadbolt hardly holds), there is a wrinkle in the flooring, there are light covers missing just to name a few.Product_Or_Service: New CondoDesired SettlementI would like to see this issues either resolved in a timely manner (no more than 2 weeks) or I would like my money back from the purchase of this condo.Business Response [redacted] I received letter from Revdex.com that states there is a claim from unit [redacted] owner [redacted]. Baydo is always looking after our client before and after sale. I will try my best to resolve the customer's concerns. An appointment already scheduled with home owner at Nov 9 Monday 2PM.I will provide more detail after meeting with the home owner.[redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Although it is true a meeting took place on Nov 9th, I am not satisfied with any of it. [redacted] never brought a business card to the meeting so I could tell who I wes speaking with. He did not acknowlege my concerns at all, just kept insisting that I "understand" that warranty may no longer be possible. Once again, I was asked to provide a list of things I consider to be deficient with the Unit (I have submitted these on numberous occasions in the past and nothing has been done). Furthermore, I have been assured (once again) that first thing Monday, Nov 16th they will be at my place to "knock off some things on the list". I said I won't be holding my breath since I have been told this numerous times in the past as well and no one shows up.
