Review: I bought advantage 11 and I used it on my dog for a month she had a bad reaction so I brought my receipt and the rest of the unused product and tried to take it back to lemos feed and pet supply in Lompoc and they told me to call bayer and they will have no problem refunding my money so I call Bayer and they tell me they won't refund my money because I have only used it for 1 month and I have to use it for 3 months before they will even consider a refund. I am not going to torture my dog for 2 more months and then call them and they tell me they still won't return my money.Desired Settlement: I want my $60.47 that I spent on the product and I have no problem returning the remainder of the product and I will never buy anything from bayer again if they won't refund me.

Review: On 05/27/2014, I purchased Bayer's Complete Insect Killer in order to treat our yard for fleas. This is the second time that I have purchased the product and it has failed to work. My dog still comes in with fleas crawling on her every time she comes in from outside, and we even treat her with Frontline. From my experience, Spectracide works better. While I no longer have the bottle, I can show a receipt that reflects the purchase.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: I used their product AdvantixII and it didnt work. Upon emailing was told to call them to discuss the matter. Was on hold for 20 mins and no one answered and was told "Due to high flea and tick season holds are longer then expected". So after 25 mins I hung up.Desired Settlement: My original inquiry was for a refund of the product. I applied the topical product to my dog as directed and found a few fleas on my dog 2 weeks later. But I cant even speak to a person because Im on hold.Call back or at least email correspondance to resolve the matter would be great.
