I bought this product to fight bed bugs I purchased it from xxx (Bayer Advance Pest Controll) and now my dog is having seizure and the vet said there is nothing that they can do I am bout to loss my baby (dog) and it is killing me that there is nothing I can do bout it but watch her dieDesired Settlementhelp meBusiness Response /[redacted]/Our medical information helpline contacted Ms. [redacted] on 7/28/2014. Advised her that this product has a wide margin of safety and the described clinical signs are not anticipated with labeled use. Also asked Ms. [redacted] tohave her DVM call back with treatment/diagnostic information. Moreover, if any new or unexpected signs develop or clinical signs are not improving or resolving as discussed, Ms. [redacted] can contact us 24/7 and refer to her reference number so that we can advise on further treatment if necessary.Consumer Response /[redacted]/My baby (dog) has passed she died on July 30 2014 and I know that it was from the Bayer Advance Final Business Response /[redacted]/We were very sorry to learn of the passing of Ms. [redacted]' dog. While we sincerely empathize with the situation, we must reiterate that the signs the dog displayed following the application of Bayer Advanced Home Pest Control Ready-to-Use were not consistent with known toxicology of the product (when used according to label instruction). In addition, there is no indication that the dog ever came in contact with the product. In fact, even if the dog had ingested a taste of the product, persistent seizures and death would not be expected. Moreover, in telephone conversations between our poison center and Ms. [redacted], the offer to have the trteating DVM contact the poison center was never acted upon.Also, we are willing to perform a complete investigation. However, that would require Ms. [redacted]' submission of all veterinary billing, vet records as well as permission for our toxicologist to discuss the case with the treating veterinarian(s)to our Consumer Affairs Dept.Based on the aforementioned information, we must respectfully state that we have acted to provide all available assistance to help resolve this unfortunate event. Regardless of the lack of exposure or dose.Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)And I can not say for sure but I really feel as if it had some thing to do with my dog passing she was alright untill I start using that product

Usage of their product, the All in One Lawn Weed and Crabgrass Killer, did not work, even after using two bottles. The label states they have a guarantee on their product. I contacted them and they required a lengthy survey. After answering the survey, they mailed a mailing label to me requesting either the labels or the receipt. I sent a copy of the receipt. Then I received another label several weeks later. I wasnt sure why they sent another, so I included a label in case they needed that too. I eventually received a check, after what was the longest and most arduous process I've been through. Unfortunately, they did not reimburse the whole amount. I contacted their call center yet again, and was told they would look into it. I have not heard back. I am tired of trying to deal with them, as this has been about a 4-6 month process.Desired SettlementI would like the remaining amount refunded.Business Response /[redacted]/We very sorry to hear about Mr. [redacted]'s dissatisfaction with our product and service. However, we believe it is not unreasonable to ask for original proof of purchase when processing refund requests as our auditors require it. Moreover, we were sent proof of purchase for only one container of product for which Mr. [redacted] received a refund. Because consumer relations are very important to us, we have honored Mr. [redacted]'s request for refund on a second container of product in the amount of $10.00. The refund should arrive in 4-7 days. Upon Mr. [redacted]'s receipt of the aforementioned refund check, we will consider this matter closed.

Lousy product does not workI bought their Advanced Dura Zonw 1.3 gal product. I did what directions said and after two applications their product did not kill anything.I complained on their web site wrote them a letter. And a couple weeks ago I posted on their web site I stopped two people from buying thier product I was email and told to send my address for a FULL refund for the product I bought. Well I got the letter in the mail on Saturday BUT they need the UPC off of the container. I threw their lousy product away minths ago.I want my refund and refunded for the money I had to go spend to go buy Ortho weed killer buy the way worked in 24 hoursDesired SettlementI want a refund for thier Lousy product and reimbursed for the Ortho weed killer I had to go buy instead.Business Response /[redacted]/We were disappointed to hear about Mr. [redacted]'s experience with our Bayer Advanced DuraZone product. Pursuant to our consumer satisfaction guarantee, we issued a reimbursement check in the amount of $22.97 which was sent on 8/4/2014. While we sincerely empathize with Mr. [redacted]'s frustrating experience, it is not our policy to reimburse for purchased competitor products. Consequently, upon Mr. [redacted]'s receipt of the aforementioned reimbursement check for the DuraZone product, we consider this matter to be closed.Consumer Response /[redacted]/Well as of 8/9/2014 I have not received my refund. Until I receive my refund this case will stay open. Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/I want to start another claim I HAVE NOT received my check. I hate company's the lie.Thank You [redacted]

Purchased 4 bags of bayer complete insect killer granules and did not kill chinch bugs after multiable applications.The insect killer did not work at all. The lawn got worse. I followed up with another application because I still seen bugs and the chinch bugs were spreading. The second application stll did not kill chinch bugs. Now my lawn is ruined. Desired SettlementI would like all 4 bags I purchased refunded. And also a credit for hiring a lawn service to get the grass back into shape or credit for replacing flortan sod in front yard.
