In response to the complaint made against us: This phone number was once a member of the credit union When their account became delinquent, our automated phone service made two calls within one week Both calls were hung up on No one listened to the entire message and punched the appropriate code for an incorrect number Our live collection representative made a call and recorded that the number we were calling was no longer the member’s and the next morning when we got our report we removed that number from the system No more phone calls would have been made to that number since it is now purged from our systemPlease feel free to contact me if this needs further explanation [redacted] ***Collections Manager

Review: I have been receiving multiple phone calls every day from [redacted] to my phone no. [redacted] asking for a person who is not me. They ignore my answer that the person they are looking for is not me and keep calling me during my most important work hours and wasting my valuable time.Desired Settlement: No further contact by the business!
