The customer claims he paid $for a gallon 4th of July Butterfly Bush. We do sell these, but we sell them for $24.99. Our records show we have never sold gallon Butterfly Bushes for $65. All trees and shrubs come with a day guarantee. The customer had this plant for
over year when he contacted us about his problem. That is outside of the Day Guarantee. That being said, if the customer brings back the Butterfly Bush he originally purchased along with his receipt that says he paid $for the Butterfly Bush, we will be happy to give him a refund of $65. If he can not supply us with the receipt he can return the tree to us and we will give him a $credit. Either way he will need to return the product to us to get a refund.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I could have gotten the prices mixed up with the bamboo I bought from you The bushes were bought in quantities of one and two One for my house two for my mothers house Both of hers died You are losing a GREAT customer over a $bush All I want is what I paid for Of course I don't have the receipt it's been over a year It took me a year to find out because one of your employees told me that juvenile butterfly bushes all bloom white and that the colors would come laterAs I did my own research I found this statement to be untrue Bottom line is I want what I paid for You give me a Fourth of July butterfly bush and I make all this go away As a business owner I am sure you would much rather keep your customers happy rather than having your EX customer speak poorly of your business practices to anyone who will listen

The customer is correct that we do not guarantee hanging baskets. We never have. The customer had the basket for month and it started browning out from the bottom. This is a sign of either over or under watering. This happens easily to hanging baskets which is why we do not
guarantee them. The basket had to be fine when it was purchased, otherwise we believe they would not have purchased it. When the customer's son came in to have it replaced, he had left before our Manager could speak with him and he had a tantrum and threw the basket down in front of our store. Our Manager then later told the customer he would replace the basket, but the customer never came by to pick it up.That being said, we will still replace the basket for the customer, and we will deliver it to her house for free, even though we do not guarantee hanging baskets.Thanks
