I am rejecting this response because:I could have gotten the prices mixed up with the bamboo I bought from you? The bushes were bought in quantities of one and two? One for my house two for my mothers house? Both of hers died? You are losing a GREAT customer over a $bush? All I want is what I paid for? Of course I don't have the receipt it's been over a year? It took me a year to find out because one of your employees told me that juvenile butterfly bushes all bloom white and that the colors would come laterAs I did my own research I found this statement to be untrue? Bottom line is I want what I paid for? You give me a Fourth of July butterfly bush and I make all this go away? As a business owner I am sure you would much rather keep your customers happy ? rather than having your EX customer speak poorly of your business practices to anyone who will listen
