Took over hours to replace my tires from start to finishI waited and watched the struggle the entire timeBrought my car in at 5pm, they close at 6pmWorker assured me they would be done by closingI finally left a little after 7:30pm, honestly not feeling comfortable after seeing them work on my car that the job was done right but after waiting so long I just wanted to go home in hopes these guys know what they are doingFirst we'll start off that one tire wasn't even on all the way, If I don't notice before driving off they would have never corrected itThey replaced a metal valve stem with a cheap rubber one because their machine broke my original oneI saw them wrenching on my wheel and the guy said my TPMS sensor was loose but it was the actual sensor they screwed upI drove home and on the freeway it felt like my wheels where going to fall off with the steering wheel shake and vibration so I exited and stopped at the nearest gas stationAll my wheel lugs were there so

I went to this store to replace my tires for my puris and I bought new four tirs from them and when they replaced them they brook the pressure sensor and they told me where sorry it was mistake we will bay for it go buy anther one and give us the receipt and will pay for it and I went to the delar of Toyota and bought new pressure sensor it was $and went back to the shop they fix the sensor to it’s place after that they told me the owner is not here come back after four days he will be here and write for you check I noticed that the sensor light was still on I told them they told me it’s you have to drive the car for at least miles and it will get fixed so I drive with it more than miles and it’s still on I want back to the shop after for days and expect the owner will be here but they till me come back anther day I told them my sensor light still on and it’s not safe to drive the car like that can you see what is the problem and I asked for the phone number o

I ordered tires and rims from this company on March 21, The total cost of the purchase is $3,and was required to put a deposit of $2,on March 21, and paid the remaining amount afterI was advised the items would arrive within weeksI have called and visited the store, many times since the time when the wheels were supposed to be inWhen I call, I am referred to ***, who is not in or does not call backWhen I do happen to speak with her, I am advised that she is contacting the distributor and I will have the tires and wheels soonToday, I went in again to find out the status and was told that the wheels were in, however, as I did not call to check on status they were shipped to the warehouseI have basically been given the run around and not provided with the product I purchased

BACK IN APRIL MY HUSBAND WANTED TO SURPRIZE ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY WITH NEW RIMS A TIRES WHICH HE FINANCED THROUGH BAYFAIR TIRES AND WHEELS FOR 1,PLUS WITH INTEREST WE HAVE PAID ALMOST 2,TO DATE THEY INSTALLED NEW RIMS AND ONE RIM FROM THE DISPLAY WHICH HAD DAMAGE AND A CRACK ON THE RIGHT FRONT RIMMY HUSBAND WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY TO HIS SURPRISE THE TIRE WAS ALMOST FLAT HE RIGHT AWAY TOOK THE CAR BACK AND SPOKE TO ALFRED WHICH SAID YA I WAS GOING TO TELL YOU WE TOOK THE DISPLAY ONE BUT I ORDERED YOU ANOTHER ONE ALREADY HE HAS GAVE US A SONG AND DANCE FROM APRIL TILL NOW WE HAVE GONE IN PERSON WE HAVE TEXTED MESSAGES FROM HIM SAYING IT WILL BE IN NEXT WEEK THE FOLLOWING WEEK NEXT MONTH NOW THERE BACK ORDERED AND NOW WERE AT THE END OF NOVEMBER ALFRED NOW SAID THE OWNER ALEX SAID HE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ISSUEWE WANT OUR MONEY BACK PLUS A NEW SET OF FREE RIMS AND TIRES SINCE I SOLD THE ONES I HAD ON MY CAR AFTER MY HUSBAND BOUGHT ME THE NEW ONESPLUS MY TIME WAST
