In response to the complaint, customer purchased vehicle on 8/9/within a week or so customer called and said the check engine light was on, after conversation with the customer and I had asked him questions about the vehicle and whether he had put gas in it and what type of gas and whether he had put in high test gas, he at that point said he would make sure that the next time he put gas in it it would be high test gas and he would get back to me, after a month or so he called me back and said the check engine light was still on and he was going to get it looked at, he might have called me another time then in the middle of november he called back and said that the vehicle would not move and said that he had to get it towed from grove city and the garage that had it towed too said that the transmission was bad, I then instructed him to take the vehicle to [redacted] , the customer does have a month/mile limited warranty that was included with the purchase of the vehicle that is a rd party warranty the name of the warranty company is [redacted] warranty, We would to make the customer happy take the vehicle back in on trade on a vehicle that we have in inventory, please let me know
