I am rejecting this response because: I cannot and still don't believe the scam I went through papers or no papers I was swindled to where I had asked for a *** ***, asked what was wrong with the car told a shift pin set me back in more then a$100, asked air con works, told blows cool, asked to have my partner/mechanic look under the hood and test drive, my partner noticed CV boot leaking sales person didn't know, suddenly I was rushed off to the picnic table near the office, thinking while looking at paperwork my requests would be accomodated, while the sales persons was busy keeping me pre occupied, I'm under the impression my partner/mechanic is checking vehicle next thing u know I'm putting my hard earned and saved money and actually after years be able to get a car with air conditioner, works well, no problemsWell not even two weeks the gears are not shifting, my partner looked under the hood come to find out no pin, but two cables known as gear shifter cables or push pull cables and cost close $not including the labor for repair of cables but also CV boot so I'm looking at over $1,I couldn't believe this nightmare, not to mention the ciil air conditioner hasnt work since day one, we also discovered and confirms our belief of being ripped off royally, the negligence, incompetence of the vehicles, and more so pior customer service selling shady cars and dint care to do anything about it, because tje sakes person ni longer works there and going by papers signed, and that is thatSo we are we discovered that the car had been in a major accident this confirmed by two mechanics and this is why my partner was not able to test drive, no car fa the papers signed mean NOTHING its a huge fraud as a customer thinking um buying a car from a dealership which you would think is reputable, honest, but I had $CASH STOLEN! and now im being told going by papers signed this really appauling business practice, don't care inky going by papers, you'd what if it was you and cash laid out for a decent car and you're in my shoes customer is RIGHTI'm so disappointedI truly hope that the cables will be fixed, the so called cool air conditioner cold and not hot, the CV boot fixed, passenger rearview mirror replaced, the driver and passenger seatbelts replacedThe car is useless to me and has been, can't drive too far, won't pass safety or registration next time can't shift and reverse lights part of safety checkI hope you do the right thing

I need to talk to owner, have been to dealership many many times to try to talk to owner. Always told that he is in meetings, never around. Try calling and no answer, just goes to fax machine. Take the advise of someone they burned, go somewhere else to get a vehicle. You buy from BayFront Motors and you will regret it.
