We have attempted to contact the customer and left a voicemail, we will try again today.
We have contacted the customer again and are working to resolve any issues with the customer is experiencing with the product.

The company representative called me on 10/17/2017 and provided a return shipping label and they will ship me a new camera. I boxed up the camera today with the provided shipping label and dropped off at the post office.
