Review: Company violating Florida Statue Section 83.49 on not returning deposit or providing certified written communication listing the damages and cost you withheld from the security deposit. Company rep state they would have quotes ready and sent for review since vacating property on June 19, 2016. Have yet to receive the information on deposit or listing the damages. Per Florida Statue Section 83.49 if landlord fails to provide the certified written communication listing the damages and cost you withheld from the security deposit within 30 days of tenant vacating the property, they forfeit the security deposit and must give it back to the tenant.
Promising to to have to have Adding on additional items to be repaired after verbal and/or written (email) after what was what was originally was stated need to be repaired and/or cleaned.
