First, of all be refunded the money I paid out. I have already disputed the credit card charges with my bank.
Second, me and my spouse did careful research and found out that place of business is using the same rays from other animals previously visited there per website Yelp reviews.

the Health Department needs to go in the inspect that place of business. They say they have a blood testing machine but apparently it is out of order all the time.

on the day of the job our crew explained to her that if we put the posts how we wanted, it would cause the gate to somewhat sag. We did do it anyways because that is how she wanted. I did talk to her multiple times and do have her on the repair list...However, we are 10-14 weeks out on fence repairs...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] The installer did mention this, but didn't offer any other solutions as the post is on the lot line. I never demanded that they had to install this way, but wasn't given any solution. Did they want to install an extra panel and have the fence go on my neighbor's lot? The owner, Eric, also came out to look at the job to give a quote before the install where we explained where we wanted the gate. No concerns were mentioned. During my first conversation with Eric (owner), he said they would be able to resolve the issue. And Brandi did not tell me that they were running 10-14 weeks out for repairs until my last conversation with her -not multiple times. Her statements are misleading.

Review: I worked with this company and they messed up the install date not once, not twice, not three times, but four times! Each time I called them to verify the date and they changed it to the correct date only to continue messing it up. They didn't call to notify you they weren't showing up the day the install came, and they didn't do anything to help assist you in their wrong doing. Above and beyond that Eric Schultz threatened via a voicemail to send me to collections and put a lien on the house when my bill wasn't even due!Desired Settlement: Refund some of the money they put me out to have someone at the house to have their install take place

Just finished a fairly large fencing project with Custom Fence. We are are very happy with the result and feel they did it at a fair price. The crew was very professional, skilled, and friendly to work with. As with all fencing companies weather is a major factor affecting schedule and that being said they did a great job keeping us informed when the project would start. We could not be happier with our fence, and we very much enjoyed working with them - would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. I would choose them again in a heartbeat. A+++++ Experience.

Review: The fence post on both sides of the swinging gate are out of level north to south which results in the top of the gate hitting the top post on the latch side. The posts are also out of level east to west which results in the gate not lining up vertically with the latch side post. In order to fix this problem the post on both sides of the gate need to be removed and reinstalled in a level manner as specified on contract. These posts are surrounded by pavers which will need to be professionally removed by the contractor that installed them ([redacted] LLC) before the posts are removed and reinstalled after the posts are installed in the correct manner, as specified on contract. After the posts are installed in a level manner which will allow the gate to operate correctly, and be vertically parallel with the latch side post, [redacted] LLC will need to reinstall the pavers to match the surrounding pavers.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to have the posts on both sides of the gate to be reinstalled professionally in a level manner, as specified on contract which will result in the gate to operate correctly without coming in contact with the latch side post and be parallel with the latch side post when the gate is in the closed position. These repairs can be done at no cost to me by Bayland Fence Inc. DBA Custom Fence Inc. or another professional fence contractor of my choice, in which Bayland Fence Inc. DBA Custom Fence Inc. will incur all expenses to correct problem as mentioned above. If settling of the pavers occurs within the first two years of repairs, Bayland Fence Inc. DBA Custom Fence Inc. will incur all expenses to correct problem, which will be done by [redacted] LLC.

Review: June 30th through July 3rd of 2015 126 fence posts were replaced. by september of 2015 over 80 of the posts were loose. Bayland Custom fence was contacted 9 times between september and when the first snow fall happened the weekend of November 20th. No one ever responded or even came to investigate my complaints. Now that the snow has melted they have been contacted 4 more times. all 126 posts are broken including 46 additional ones that have pulled down as the others fell. they discussed with me that they would come out and assess the problem and have failed to do so.Desired Settlement: replace the posts and fix the fence

Review: I engaged the company in mid/late-November to fence a dog run on my property. In discussions with their representative I explained that this run was to be for winter use and that I would be contacting them in the spring to build some permanent runs on the property. I was told that the job should be completed by the first of the new year. I paid a 50% deposit for material and services on Dec 4th and was told that someone would call me to schedule. I tried repeatedly over the course of the next three weeks to schedule as with winter setting in, I was afraid that snow-pack or cold weather would inhibit the installation of fencing. I did receive a voice mail message back on Friday Dec 20th telling me that someone would be on site to install the fencing on Dec 23rd and 24th. As a result of this call, I cleared snow from the area to be fenced to allow for installation. Nobody ever came. Nobody ever called. the installation never happened. I did receive a call at or around the beginning of the second week in January from [redacted] at Custom Fence telling me they were ready to do the install. I advised that they should now check the property to ensure that they could do the install as a good deal of snow had fallen. He determined that the snow was too packed and that the install could not take place until the snow was gone in the spring. This defeated the entire purpose of getting the temporary run installed in the first place. Since that time I have called and left several messaged in the company's general voice mail box requesting a conversation and a refund of my money since the job did not get done. I have not received a call back. I did call on the morning of the 20th of January and my call was answered by a gentleman who was very short with me and told me that he didn't believe they would provide a refund but would have someone call me back. I have not received a call back. I have since submitted email correspondence to [redacted], and most recently to the "info" email addresses requesting a resolution. I have not received any email correspondence or a phone call as requested in my email correspondence. I do have phone records and copies of email correspondence.Desired Settlement: The company was unable to perform the work in the timeframe discussed. They are also unwilling to discuss refunding my money. I would like a complete refund of my money in the amount of 692.39.
