Beacon Moving did NOT keep their original agreement but charged an additional $to have my property delivered damaged and later than contractedThe owner, Michael, needs to be investigated for improper practices and procedures that appear to scam unsuspecting victimsHe should NOT be allowed to operate without accountability

[redacted] scheduled to move from [redacted] to [redacted] she electronically signed to pbe picked up on February ** we had a delay the day before February [redacted] and had to complete work the [redacted] of February before we can load [redacted] furnitureWe called and explained to [redacted] about the delay and told her that we will be there on the between 8am to 10amWe noticed that [redacted] has more items to move so we gave her the breakdown for her chargesEen though the bed was broken down into pieces you can that on the estimate also the bed was broken down to piecesWe delivered on the [redacted] of February, thats less than the days promised to deliver by [redacted] We never guarantee a delivery day, we give an estimated delivery date not to exceedIf Withers has any damages please contact us at ###-###-#### to resolve a claim

we dont have any missing items in the warehouse, I stated consolidation in regards to delivery not that someone else has your items but we did contact the albany customer just in case and we did look in the warehouse in NJ and FL ! please send me all pictures you have and claims you need to process to my email [redacted] ! adn I did contact you you multiple times you can contact me direct at [redacted] thank you

as you can see in the email that [redacted] attached it clearly states what the bed includes, Queen Bed includes (Mattres Boxspring not headboard) [redacted] had additional items to move from the original list, To move to Las Vegas NV at the rate of $per Cf ($divide by $is 70cf divided by items that averages to cf per items the headboard alone is 20cf ) we explained everything to [redacted] *inard and delivered in a timely mannerWe have no reason to charge anyone unless they add items to the list! [redacted] was charged $additional according to the contract which she agreed with!!!

we have spoke to [redacted] and showed that we have loaded more items and prove more than once that she is wrong regarding her statements ! We delivered in a timely manner and priced this job accordingly !please contact us directly!!!

[redacted] was never lied to and price was given prior to shipping, [redacted] loaded more items (furniture/boxes) to ship to [redacted] **, [redacted] requested a delivery no earlier than days of pick up (102015) and recived her items days from date of pick upThe additional $was for additional items which [redacted] agreed to having! All phone calls are recorded!!! [redacted] received her items with in days requested and no damages at no time was Beacon ever advised that anyone was rude to her!If any one of our Agents/Employees ever spoke to a customer in a demeanor way we would take the necessary actions!

Ms Johnson received a quote for $for a completely different list than the quote she received the day she changed the list which was one day prior to her move, please attached documents to confirm everything we say is correct it was never boxes extra as she claims! We still told her dont move the extra items move only the list for the same priceWe never bait and switch or hold HOSATGE we have been in business for over YEARS and still running STRONG, never were put out of serviceIf any one switched the paper work is [redacted] ...Please review attached document and see that everything I say is correct!

its that people feel empowered behind the internet and can make so much Havoc!i have been trying to reach you on the phone and you dont answer or return my calls!!!everything you stated is and all proof has been sent to [redacted] ! please remove this complaint as yoou can see the consumer is being unreasonable she received more her fair share of discounts! Consumer cannot be reimburse because consumer checked all items on the delivery end signed bill of lading confirming that everything was delivered in good condition, ! Also consumer needed to notify company on delivery date or at a minimum days later but it was never done! Please understand that we took all the necessary actions to make this consumer receive her furniture in a timely professional manner!

I we explained before that Ms [redacted] had additional items to haul, also her inventory was not the same! we did infact provide her with a $discount ! even though we felt that it was not necessary, but nevertheless we were hoping that it will solve the complaint! we have delivered in a timely manner and provided excellent service ! we feel and believe that there is no more to do !

*** [redacted] , we have spoken to *** [redacted] on many occasions and are aware of his complaint..We have made all attempts to see if by any chance any one else received a different mattress, we label everything and the mattress delivered to *** [redacted] has/had his name and information*** [redacted] claims something that is hard to solveOne because his name was on those mattresses, second we have contacted every possible customer that was consolidated with his shipment on pick up and delivery and checked every corner in our terminal in Linden NJ! We have contacted the claim and explained the situation and they informed us that there is nothing to do because of the fact that he did receive mattress and box spring with his name on it....And for the note we have contacted *** [redacted] numerous times its not like we never called him back!He is very welcome to call us back from to at ###-###-#### somebody will always pick up and attend his issues but they have to hold ground we move approximately people a month and this situation is fairly odd!

[redacted] received service to move from MA to TN she called on and requested for her furniture to be delivered after one month of being in storageWe explained that it could take upto business days to deliver as its stated in the emails that were sent to her before leaving a depositWhen shipment was loaded [redacted] received and email that the shipment should arrive Saturday or Sunday 12016, and that driver will call her hours prior to deliveryWe did get a phone call from [redacted] asking where her shipment is, we explained that its been loaded and should arrive between 2/ [redacted] and We decided to unload the shipment from the trailer and only because our dispatcher did email [redacted] datesWe unloaded everything into storage and reloaded the following week for delivery, [redacted] was very upset at the fact that she didn't receive her shipment 12016! If there is any damages we haven't received any information (please email all damages to [redacted] and it will be handled promptly)Regarding the long carry it was emailed and explained on pick that we need to haul everything with foot trucks and [redacted] signed and agreed that there is access to a foot truck (signed on the long distance information sheet) [redacted] total estimate $962.50Total Move paid $/ plus ($150) the additional service we needed to perform to complete delivery!

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [In my original complaint I stressed that my inventory was not different from what was given at the time of the quote , the exact inventory given was picked up, I have called and spoke to the dispatcher who was not very helpful in resolving my issue, I do however agree that my items was finally delivered and I still had to pay an additional $75.00 to the driver in order to get my belongings, the driver called me and gave me 2 days notice that he will be delivering and then called on the at of delivery -(after I made arrangements to leave work early to meet them to be told that they would not be able to delivery my property. I was also told by Michael who stated that he was the owner that he would look into the matter of the overcharge and he never called back. I did in fact speak to a representative and he did take 200.00 off the elevated price which does not equate to the fact that I was double charged for the service ] In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above. [redacted] spoke to Christine and received an estimate to move from Baltimore NY to Charleston SC on April [redacted] she is stating that she is legally blind and disabled! We did sent her a contract stating that all deposits are not refundable! Michael spoke to her after the conversation with Joe which was not as stated by [redacted] (joe never raised his voice and never hung up the phone on her / all conversation are recorded and we did listen to the conveersation) where both [redacted] and Michael had an understanding that she will give us a chance and we will show her the commitment and service we will provide her! Also we had Joe send her a personal email that he apologizes if she thinks that he may of been rude which he wasnt! Also we had Lucianna send her an email confirming the pick up date and time and explaining she can everything with her CC as she requested! Michael also mentioned that he will contact her the following week to see if there is anything else he can help her withWhen he did she again was very loud and aggressive stating again that she is a lawyer and she is legally blind and that we are trying to take advantage of her! [redacted] already disputed the charges with her CC company we will answer appropriately!

No one is allowed to move any extraordinary articles such as diamonds, gold, expensive jewelry unless its properly documented so we can prepare the proper packaging for itAlso why will someone put jewelry in a moving box without declaring itEveryone can state that my diamond ring, rolex watch is stolen !!!! All contracts state that all extraordinary items need to be declared !!! We never open any box all of our guys are checked and screened prior to working with us !!!
