My 19 yo daughter went to the doctor at this clinic for a wellness checkup and to ask about birth control and if it was affecting her acne. I received a bill for 149.99 and contacted my Insurance company. I told them that my daughter went to the doctor for a wellness checkup and didn't expect a bill. The insurance company said that Baylor Scott & White incorrectly coded the visit which is why there was a charge. I then contacted BSW and was told that the reason there was a charge was due to the questions my daughter asked so they coded it as an office visit instead of a wellness check-up.
They are deceitful and overcharge for everything. Never ever ever use BSW health you'll be sorry if you do.

White Health (BSW), is in receipt of a complaint filed with the Revdex.com, referenced as Case # 14171016. Federal and state laws generally prohibit
covered entities, such as BSW, from disclosing patient information without a
valid authorization.
Therefore, BSW is

I am rejecting this response because: They have contacted me but as of yet there is no resolution to the issue. All they did was send me notification that they are looking into the issue.
