Absolutely the worst housing choice I have ever madeI was a Baylor graduate student and lived in this complex from January to May in a two bedroom apartmentI am not sure why I chose to stay in this apartment; may be because I did not want to search around as it was my last semester and I was extremely busy in finishing things upThis apartment complex has problem of roaches and Maintenance issues were not always responded or dealt with properlyThere are dings and paint blobs and burn holes and generally low quality appliances.Only people, one is owner's daughter and her uncle take care of propertyBoth of them live in Dalllas and they themselves take care of applications and registered complaintThey never responded to complaints on timeThey were extremely rude, irresponsible and absolutely unprofessionalI asked them to provide me a key for my room but she ignored me even after requesting her number of timesExcept at the time of application, she was so rude that she did not use to respond our emails, texts or even phone calls
After leaving the apartment, they did not return our deposit back ($200) which seem ridiculous because they said apartment was uncleanI will suggest this place is not even worth considering if you want a friendly staff, clean unitI request you please do not chose this place for your stay
