Company did not disclose their policy when they took credit card info upfront for a service The phone attendant classified my visit not as a service call but as a cleaning and certification even though I explained that the cleaning and cert were IF a repair was possible The visit was not confirmed by me, but they showed up anyways At that time, within minutes they determined the repair/cert would not be possible and informed that they would charge anyways but that would go toward a new furnace if I bought with them He spent an additional hour here, supposedly getting the specs for the furnaceI was irritated that they did not let me know beforehand about the policy that they charge regardless if you can't be certified and had ordered a cleaning and cert No cleaning was done to the inside unit at all I had to ask him if he would go ahead and clean the outdoor unit since apparently I had to pay anywaysThat took all of ten minutesHe said I would get a quote in a few da
