Due to the order coming in just before the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays we have gotten behind on our response times and are working very hard to get everyone taken care of that got caught in that situationWe apologize for any delays and will be at this home no later than January 30th to
take care of this problemI will try to get someone there sooner but all of our techs come out of Mississippi and Alabama and were already scheduled to other areasWe have this order already with the tech to be in that area during this time.Thanks,

I am rejecting this response because: I was initially told a technician would repair my tub within 4 to 6 weeks. January 30 will be 8 weeks. This is an unreasonable about of time for a service technician to make an initial visit to evaluate the issue and potentially make repairs.

According to my technician this repair was completed on Saturday the 24th. Baymont has closed the file until further notice.
