In response to the complaint of [redacted] ***, I am truly sorry the father of our guest is feeling this wayI did receive an Edible Arrangement Bouquet for someone, that was said by there delivery man, to be a guest of our hotelI looked for the name of that guest in the hotel registry and it was no where to be foundIt later turned out that guest had been staying in a room that was booked under her friend's nameI then proceeded to call the Baymont Hotel in San Marcos just to see if there may have been a mix up, but they did not have the guest listed in their registry eitherThe delivery man explained since there was no room number on the order and there was no gusset listed as being at the hotel that he would take it back until the situation was figured outLater that afternoon my manager Sunit Patel arrived at work and I told him what happenedHe said that there was a lady staying in the hotel because a floral arrangement had come for her prior to the edible arrangement and that he only found out who she was because she was in the lobby at that timeSo, the next day when the edible arrangement was delivered again I was able to instruct the delivery man as to what room number the guest was staying inShe was not there, I kept it in our back fridge until she arrivedShe stated she was so happy to get it and that she had received a floral arrangement also and she had absolutely no complaints and had enjoyed her entire stay here at Baymont Inn & Suites If there was or still is any misunderstanding we genuinely apologize Sincerely, [redacted] Baymont Inn [redacted] **
