This is not things from inside the room that I rented These pictures could be of any room therePlease take the next step to getting my money back this is not right!
This is the second complaint from Ms [redacted] and she is mistaken about the events.First, our hotel, did not make a copy of her credit card, that is against policy and violates the customer protection policy, as well.Second, the $150, charge was for damages and smoking in the hotel roomPictures from this incident are attached from the first complaintAs I explained to Ms [redacted] , we will not be reversing these charges Glena S*** General Manager
A credit card is required for all guests, even if they pay cash, to cover incidentals, cover any damages, etc.After [redacted] checked out of her room, I received to photos taken from the room by my housekeeping staff These photos showed proof that someone is [redacted] room had smoked in the room We are a Non-Smoking hotel and [redacted] initialed a statement on her registration card at check in, that she understood she could be charge $if it was found that she had smoked or brought a pet into the hotel; other than a service animalThe room also reeked of smoke and could not be sold that night due to the offensive smell [redacted] has called several times and I have offered to send the pictures to her, but she refused [redacted] has also threatened to have an attorney contact me concerning the charges.I am sorry, but I cannot refund [redacted] money.If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact meGlena S***; General Manager
