Unfortunately, I have had to contact Bayonet twice for after-hours emergency services in the Tampa area However, I would have to say my experience with this company has been nothing but positive Everyone, from the person who answers the calls to the technicians has been extremely helpful and responsive - more than I would expect from after-hours plumbing servicesCarrie and Todd especially deserve kudos

On 10/3/16, technician Chris T, was on time, very polite, did his job well, and very efficient. I was very pleased!

I have had Tom B. as my Bayonet A/C service tech for several years now and at all times he has performed a complete and thorough inspection and preventative maintenance. Tom typically spends at least 90 minutes (and often more) in checking every aspect of my central heat pump and is sure that it is performing as it should be.
